Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by ProfitBridgeUp, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Scope of Services

ProfitBridgeUp provides business strategy advisory sessions, digital guides, and branded merchandise.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Payment

All fees are due prior to delivery of the selected offering. Accepted payment methods include major card networks and local bank transfer.

Refund Policy

General Information

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within the time frames specified below. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Advisory Sessions and Workshops

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no sessions have been attended. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge up to 48 hours before the session. Customized consulting packages are nonrefundable due to dedicated preparation and allocation of expert time.

Digital Guides and Templates

Information products are available for immediate download after purchase. If digital materials have not been accessed, customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after approval. Once any file has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund will be provided.

Branded Merchandise

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns should be shipped to 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Cancellations and Transfers

Booked sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the event without penalty. Transfer of a session to another participant requires notice 72 hours in advance. No transfers or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the session start time.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
